ARE YOUR PRODUCTS HANDMADE?

Yes! Every item at ShhPerfeck Studio is carefully handmade with love and attention to details. From party favors to sublimation gifts, we personalize each order just for you.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR OFFER REFUNDS?

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. Once an item is created with your name, picture, event or design, it cannot be resold.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

We understand accidents happen during shipping! If your item (like a mug, picture frame or tumbler) arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos of:

-The damaged product

-The packaging

_Your order number

We'll be happy to send a replacement!

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKES TO PROCESS AND SHIP MY ORDER?

Most custom orders are processed within 1-3 weeks before shipping. Shipping times vary based on the size of the order and your location and carrier. Please allow extra time for holidays and peak seasons.
