All custom and personalized items take 1-3 weeks to complete, depending on:

• The size and complexity of the order

• Current order volume

• Customization details

We begin working on your order as soon as it's placed, so please double-check all information (name, dates, theme etc.) before checkout.

SHIPPING TIME

Once completed, your order will be shipped via the carrier selected at checkout. Shipping timelines vary based on:

• Your location

• Carrier delays or holidays

Please allow additional time during peak seasons.

TRACKING & NOTIFICATIONS

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep!
